The Ester Machine is a complete biodiesel production system that enables the operator to turn used fryer or virgin vegetable oils into high quality finished fuel. By incorporating processing, washing and drying systems into a compact package, we allow the purchaser to immediately begin using their own fuel.

	The Ester Machine is constructed around a UL listed Whirlpool 50 gallon electric water heater providing a durable and completely fume less reactor vessel. A powerful .8HP cast iron pump with brass impeller provides vigorous mixing and circulating action for complete transesterification of 40 gallons of oil every 1.5 hours, with an annual production capacity of over 28,000 gallons. The unit is assembled on an EPA certified secondary spill containment basin to help keep spills to a minimum. The ability to fine tune Methoxide injection via a flow sight glass allows the operator to ensure complete interface with the entire volume of raw oil resulting in a 99% conversion factor. By using the dual wash and dry barrels the operator can directly pump out 80 gallons per day of finished fuel.

Heat Control: To process quality fuel you must heat your raw oil to 130°. Our modified water heater is the perfect reactor vessel to handle such temperatures. Plastic reactor vessels are susceptible to melting down under high temperatures, and can not adequately keep your raw oil warm.

The Ester Machine is electrically wired to prevent user from burning out water heater heating element. The heating element in the water heater can not be turned on unless circulation motor is on.

Description: Built on an EPA Certified Secondary Spill Containment Basin with Nema Panel Control Box, the Double Wash and Dry System can triple the production of your Ester Machine. The Double Wash and Dry System is designed to allow you to mist wash processed biodiesel and then flash evaporate your wet fuel. By installing 2000 watt heating elements in each of the barrels the operator is capable of finishing fuel during a hot, humid, summer afternoon or even a cold winter evening.
